I utilize an integrated approach to bridge the gap between unconscious emotions and the conscious mind to prevent the physical manifestations of internalized traumas and existential dilemmas.
Depending on your individual needs, we can explore this through:
ASTROLOGICAL READINGS
Composing your natal chart will visually contextualize the cosmically predestined energies in your life and will serve as a guide for our session. This can be provided as a separate full service or as an adjunct to a comprehensive session involving all areas of practice.
Guided Ritual
This is the most involved of the services I provide and usually consists of all tools in my wheelhouse. We participate together in a ceremonial ritual that imbues both my expertise and your personal insights, reflections, and desires for self transformation to open ourselves to higher planes of being. Astrological birth charts are done prior to these sessions. Upon meeting, this will help inform the intake. A ceremony to open the space will then be conducted together before the Reiki attunement. This can be creatively collaborative, or if you want to simply be guided, I am happy to take the reins.
Hypnosis
What is hypnosis? You may have preconceived notions of a stage entertainer making someone bark like a dog seemingly against their will--or something to that effect. This is not the nature of hypnosis for healing purposes. Rather, it is a mutually agreed upon process in which you will have complete control. Using the unique ways you interpret the world, I reflect those interpretations back to you through a hypnotic process based in scientifically proven methods to help bridge the gap between the unconscious and conscious. It is through this cocreated trance state that we may effectively navigate and collectively decide how to integrate them for your healing.
Reiki ENErgy Healing
Reiki, meaning Universal Life Force, is a form of energy healing targeting the energy stores within the body (chakras) and opening and creating flow between these to maximize healing both physical and spiritual. An attunement to Reiki can involve a large amount of ceremony, but this is organically created with your specific needs in mind. I may also blend this energy work with other forms of bodywork when necessary to maximize the potential for healing. Distance Reiki healing is also available for those that cannot meet in person.
