The journey of self discovery is a complicated and nuanced process that can appear quite daunting. When we seek to find our most authentic self, we may feel lost or confused along the way. We must remember that healing is never linear, we are bound to repeat patterns especially when those remain locked in our unconscious. We have access to the solution when we know how a problem is made. My aim is to guide you through this process of awareness, holding a light to these unconscious patterns to help you discover your own path to healing.
This process is cocreated, recognizing and honoring the unique ways in which you interpret the world and then determining together which service is best suited for your needs. This may be done through:

It is though this multidisciplinary approach of mind-body-spirit integration that I seek to circumvent both the cosmic and self-imposed challenges of our external realities.
